      Fresh spinach with feta cheese and toasted almonds with a light olive oil and vinegar dressing.

    • Escargot

      Fresh garlic butter wine sauce with toasted onions and sesame seeds. Served in the shell.

    • Grilled Prawn Cocktail

      Four grilled, marinated jumbo prawns with a hint of spice and hot drawn butter.

    • Kansas City Steak Soup

      Bowl of slow-simmered Prime rib and mixed vegetables in a beef base red wine broth.

    • Chilled Prawn Cocktail

      Four chilled jumbo prawns with a fresh, zesty cocktail sauce.

    • Crab Cakes

      Jumbo lump crab cakes with chipotle aioli sauce.

    • Tomato Salad for Two

      Mixed ripened tomatoes, sweet onions, olives, fresh basil and feta cheese with a blue cheese vinaigrette.

    • Seared Ahi Tuna

      Served chilled and sliced with fresh ginger and soy dipping sauce.

    • Valentine's Day Entrées

      All entrées are served with Grilled Fresh Vegetables and a choice of Baked Potato, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, or Rice Pilaf. Split charge $20.

    • Roasted Prime Rib

      12 oz. boneless cut served with creamed spinach.

    • Filet Mignon

      9 oz. Angus cut tenderloin broiled to your liking.

    • New York Pepper Steak

      14 oz. cut, pepper glazed and topped with a black peppercorn creamed sauce.

    • Rack of Lamb

      Full rack of New Zealand lamb marinated in fresh garlic, rosemary and Dijon mustard.

    • Chilean Sea Bass

      Marinated in a miso glaze.

    • Swordfish

      Fresh, center-cut grilled and topped with a sun-dried tomato and basil butter compound.

    • Atlantic Salmon

      Fresh filet grilled and served with hollandaise sauce.

    • Surf and Turf

      6 oz. Certified Angus filet mignon and 8 oz. cold-water lobster.

      Our light, double-layered, creamy cheesecake enhanced with a house made raspberry sauce.

      Vanilla bread pudding served warm and topped with a pecan praline caramel sauce.

      Fresh Key Lime adorned with a Lorna Dune cookie crust.
